Shipping Policy

The order processing department always works from Monday to Saturday every week, excluding holidays. Orders are processed and shipped from our location at 2444 Ewin Drive, Prescott, AZ 86305, United States, within a timeframe of 3 business days.

Shipping costs:
We use a flat shipping rate of $3.95 for shipping within the US and $18.95 for international shipping. You can order as many items as you want and never pay more than the flat rate for shipping.

Transit Times:
• 4-6 business days for US shipping
• 10-25 business days for international shipping

Track your package:
After an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number from the shipping company.

About Late Deliveries
