RETURN
We accept returns on all products purchased at Zivarts. Please contact by email: contact@zivarts.shop for return instructions or follow the content below.
Items Conditions:
Your item must be in as new condition as when received in order to be eligible for a return
Timeframe that Zivarts accepts returns:
Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us within 30 days for a return request.

Return method:
We encourage customers to return items by mail
– Customers have a return request, please send an email to: contact@zivarts.shop with the subject “Return/Refund Request” and send us the order number + photos of the error on the product if any.
– We will review and provide return labels by mail. Customers need to download and print.
– Package the return product

Who is responsible for returning the product?
Zivarts will provide a prepaid label for return products. Customers do not have to pay any costs related to return shipping.

Notify when Zivarts receives the returned package.
Depending on your address, the time to receive the returned product will vary. Once we receive your return, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your return.

REFUND
When will you receive your refund?

After we receive the returned product, we need to re-evaluate the returned item, please allow business 3 days to process it for you. We will then send you an approval/rejection notice via email.
If you are approved for a refund, please wait for us to issue a refund. Your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or method of payment within 4 business days.
If you have any problems, what should you do?
If the product is defective or you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us for better advice. Let us know as soon as possible.
