For the purpose of transparency and the most convenient support for shoppers, we have introduced the Billing Terms and Conditions of Zivarts. This page clearly outlines purchase fees, as well as accepted payment methods. Also provides information on how to refund paid orders.

1. Amount on invoice

There are no hidden fees, to make a successful purchase you only have to pay the fees we have listed below:
• Item Price: The price of the item is clearly announced, and will vary based on the options related to the item such as size, and style.
• Shipping Fee: Shipping charges depend on your destination and are charged per order. Fees are described in the Shipping Policy

Note:

• Sales tax: We do not charge tax on any state, country, or item.

• You do not need to register as a member to purchase. Registering as a member will help you receive a lot of useful information about new arrivals, promotional newsletters if any… There is no membership fee with this website.

2. Accepted payment methods:
Zivarts has 2 payment methods for customers:
• Pay via Paypal account
• Pay via Debit/credit card: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover,…

3. When will the customer receive the refund?
• We will issue a refund for an order canceled by the buyer within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order cannot be canceled. Please see the Modify/Cancel Order policy for refund details in this case.
• We accept refunds for items returned in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
